Zapier is best for non technical teams who need simple, linear automations. Make.com is best for visual, branching workflows at moderate scale. n8n is best for technical teams who need self hosted automation, custom code, or unlimited executions at a flat cost. For most growing SaaS businesses I recommend n8n because it scales without per task pricing.
